About the programme
Is it possible to manage stakeholders in a more structured and organized way? Do you know how to identify stakeholders and their interests? How should they be handled in practice? How can the collective effort become more organized and work more effectively?
This programme, From case processing to stakeholder management, focuses on how public organizations can achieve better results by working more structured with stakeholder management. Participants are equipped with concrete tools for their daily tasks and obtain valuable insights on the interests of their stakeholders.
We provide our participants with general insights on the value of stakeholder management, tools to analyze stakeholders and their interests, the competencies to handle different types of stakeholders, as well as knowledge of how to effectively organize stakeholder engagement.
