Gitte Bengtsson has more than 30 years of experience as HR specialist, political advisor and director of Danish interest groups and NGOs. Gitte has been member of the board of directors at the Danish Regions for ten years. Prior to that, she held leading positions at the Confederation of Danish Industry, the Danish Construction Association and PensionDanmark. Above that, she is an experienced board member, e.g. as part of the board at the University of Southern Denmark and Aspekt R&D.

Henriette Kjær
Henriette KjærCourse leader
Henriette Kjær is former Member of Parliament for the Conservatives (1994-2011). Additionally, Henriette held the position as minister for two different ministries during the election term 2001-2005: the Ministry of Social Affairs and Equality, as well as the Ministry of Family and Consumer Affairs.

Previously, Henriette worked as Senior Consultant and Head of Public Affairs at EHRENBERG Communication. She has been with Rud Pedersen since August 2016.

John Iversen

John Iversen is former Member of the European Parliament (1985-1999). From 1995 to 1996, he was spokesperson for the former European Commissioner for the Environment, Ritt Bjerregaard. From 1999 to 2011 John held several positions at the Social Democrats, e.g. in the parliamentary group.

From 2011 to 2013, John was special advisor to former Minister of Transport, Henrik Dam Kristensen. John has been with Rud Pedersen since 2013 and was appointed Partner in 2016. In addition, he finished a master’s degree within rethorics and communications whilst working at Rud Pedersen.

Jakob Eldrup Lauesen

Jakob Eldrup has eight years of experience from the Danish central administration, as well as eight years of experience as advisor within the Social Democrats.

From 2011 to 2015, Jakob worked as special advisor to the former Minister of Cities, Housing and Rural Affairs, Carsten Hansen. Jakob has been with Rud Pedersen since 2016 and in 2017, he was appointed Partner.
