RP People offers a focused course on public affairs for relevant municipal employees. Participants are provided with insights on effective PA-methods as well as concrete tools for pursuing a dialogue with Parliament, the central administration and other relevant players in terms of clarifying the respective issues that are important for the municipalities.
Our programme regarding the interactions between ministries and the civil service provides employees in government agencies and departments with insights on the working procedures, motivations and behavior of a minister and the ministry. Participants learn about the thoughts of ministers and their top-level civil servants on what constitutes good civil service.
